Volunteering
 

We are always seeking volunteers to help in the regeneration of Woodlands Farm.  Could you lend a hand by giving your time and/or skills? This could be as few or as many hours a week to suit you or, for one-off work parties, to lend a hand with a particular project. We need volunteers for the following :
 

  • Bramble cutting/clearing

  • Educational walks

  • Feeding animals

  • Fencing

  • Fundraising

  • Gardening

  • Hedging

  • Helping out at shows and events

  • Helping out in the café

  • Log splitting

  • Mucking out of animals

  • Office work

  • Ragwort pulling


Do you have a particular skill or trade? We would love to hear from you, if you have time to spare and are a:
 

  • Builder
  • Carpenter
  • Electrician
  • Plumber
  • Driver
  • Basket Maker
  • Hurdle maker
  • Spinner and/or weaver


   If you are interested in becoming a volunteer please download the Volunteer Information Form.  This should be completed and returned to the Project Leader at the
Woodlands Farm Office.

If you are interested in finding out more about becoming a volunteer for The Woodlands Farm Trust please contact us either by post, email woodlandsft@aol.com, telephone on 020 8319 8900 or visit us at the Farm.  We are open seven days a week from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm.  Please note Volunteers must be aged 18 years or over unless fully supervised by a parent or guardian.
