We have a range of activities from Early Years through to Secondary which link with the National Curriculum and Early Years Foundation Stage. All our activities encourage outdoor learning and can be tailored to your specific needs.
Activities either last for a full day or half day. If you would like to come for a full day visit you can either book a full day activity or you can combine 2 half days visits with one activity in the morning and one after lunch.

The Farm has a permanent orienteering course which can be used; maps are provided or with other self-guided activities an information pack is provided on arrival. A self-guided visit does not include use of our classroom and would not be recommended for the winter as there is no shelter if the group wants to stay for lunch. Seeds for Schools
Woodlands Farm Trust are now providing small packs of seasonal seeds for schools to grow in the classroom. Our first batch of seeds will contain Basil, Flat Leaf Parsley, Chives and Coriander.
Each pack will have at least 10 seeds of each herb. These varieties can be sown all year round in a small container on a windowsill. This makes it ideal to start your school herb garden over the winter as other seeds will not be available to germinate until January. The herb seed packs will cost £1.50 and can bought on the day at the farm.
